Agri-CULTURE is a proposal for a 70 acre mixed use development in Richardson, Texas. The site is an underutilized office park that seeks to be urbanized into a transit-oriented development that can engage the local community. agri-CULTURE generates a novel idea by taking advantage of Richardson’s historical context as a site dominated by agricultural lands prior to urbanization. The proposal capitalizes off this history with the introduction of urban farming to create a more conscious, sustainable lifestyle fueled by the overarching theme of health and well-being.
